I did loose a few highlights but the larger version showed too much of the skins deep texture.

I choose to kick those out in the final product loosing the highlights on the forehead and cheeks.

I'm old school in that I like a lot of contrast in the final print. I use to run a #3 to a #4 in the enlarger to beef up the contrast in college. We've come so far.

However, I do miss the smells of the darkroom, fixer and stop bath. The good old days.



Here's a quick workup I did of one of my clients.
I kept the highlights but again over processed it for the final product. On this work up I miss the corner of the turtleneck.
