Dumb Question

I shot with my 30D all week, and on this set, the LCD screen on camera showed the outfit as a royal blue, when, in reality it is the purple you see on screen. Dumped the cards, viewed both RAWs & JPGs and all were purple

I know it's a color thing, but is my screen on the camera going? or was it always this far off? or is there a way to calibrate the screen?

recently I've been thinking everyone looks pale on camera, same scenario, all ok on pc, I do custom white balance, so I trust my settings, not what I'm seeing, but it is frustrating LOL
