A few questions first, what RAW editor do you use? Do you use an Expodisc (<< my recommendation) or a White Balance Target?

I personally use Adobe Lightroom and sadly as much as I love it doesn't "read" my raw files well so I have to have a preset to get it to do its job. (ah well lightrooms way better than aperture)

But I'd start with a good white balance to begin with.
