We have been doing our research for about six months on upgrading to our next digital camera system. To make a long story short, we decided to go with the Kodak DSC14N. Here is the first image we took with it today. (Didn't have any models booked this weekend so we shot local scenery).
Got to tell you that 14 megapixels does make quite a difference in image quality. And all the interesting stories about the camera and it's problems may make interesting reading. But, we recommend that you rent or borrow several brands of high end cameras before you actually buy (as we did) and really use them under real shooting conditions. Doing that really convinced us that this camera has arrived. The color and sharpness right out of the box are amazing.
