A good temp fix to your situation but go shoot another senior this week and get the 150$ CS2 Upgrade as soon as you can. There is a reason for the new process of activation and I think the future procedures of most software companies will not allow upgrades of old Software without full price. so I recommend to stay current. It is cheaper in the long run and just the price of doing business.

Glad to see you have planned & budgeted to move up to a more prolevel camera You have moved beyond the prosumer camera level needs a while back.
