isn't it all realated?
Isn't all the a matter of perception - how we perceve ourselves, how others perceve us, and how we perceve others? After all when we catagorize, generalize, or stereotype people/professions doesn't this add to the problem?
I agree "common courtsy" and "respect" are the key to solving the problem, but this problem has never been limited to photographers and models. This is an issue that plagues personal relationships, small business, major corperations, etc. It is a simple fact of life in dealing with people and doing business. And, Yes, I find it just as irratating and expensive as everyone else!
I think, the issue is amplified by the internet, because it has afforded some the luxury to be more anomous and have impersonal relationships with the option to disappear into cyberspace.
