That was done in camera, Daniel, as I took the photo, with a Tiffen cross-screen filter. Here's how I would normally use it... but it does have a few applications in glamour work. Get one and try it, it's fun! (It'll even work with one of those icky digital cameras.) As with all gimmicks, use sparingly.
