I am the poster child for denial of the digital revolution. I work exclusively with black and white film in various formats from 35mm to 4x5 and make paper prints on actual photographic paper using smelly chemicals in a darkroom.

I do photography strictly for enjoyment and aim to please only one person with my work. Me.

I don't do any model portfolio work, do not represent models, and do not claim to have any connections to mainstream modeling industry.

But, I occasionally use freelance models whom I pay a nominal cash fee plus 8x10 copies of the prints. I require a standard full model release. Full details and requirements are available on the Interested Model page of my website.

Much of my work with models involves nudity and moderately suggestive poses, but does not target a strictly male audience. Above all, I strive for artistic merit in all my work regardless of the subject matter.

Having said that, I believe that people in the U.S. are irrationally obsessed with and yet fearful of sexual expression.

My fantasy is to get enormously famous as a fine art photographer and then have an exhibit that allows admission only to naked people. Needless to say, I'm not holding my breath...
