C'mon folks, I really dislike hard and fast rules. Let's at least occasionally try to look out over the edges of our boxes? A year or so ago a model/photographer in Seattle poked fun at this, listed her "rules" of art nudes, one of them was that art photographers almost always asked her to look away from the camera or else cropped the face out.
As you can see, this image is not exactly a glamour shot. No, Moira is not about to eat you for lunch. She just had a bad day at the office. It doesn't hurt that she's a project manager with a big firm you've all heard of, is six feet tall in bare feet, works out at the gym every night, and can lift more weight than most of the guys on this forum. Anyway, I saw an opportunity for commentary on the changing roles of women in American culture, the juxtaposition of things traditionally considered feminine or masculine. More than just an awesome body.
Just trying to keep everybody thinking.
