Bench tilt and other things

Wow! Did I come to the right place to pick up pointers, and everybody responded positively with examplary photo. I am trying to visualize how to eliminate the "Tilting effect". Even though the bench was leveled on the floor, but my camera was substantially high above the model it made it look like one is looking down onto the bench or the bench is tilted. By moving one end of the bench farther away from the camera probably would have done it. Am I getting it right? The model is Gabriella, I have weakness for a natural redhead. Thanks everybody(:-)
