If you want a good critique on a particular image, post it on this forum and you will get many opinions. My advice as far as a portfolio is to first identify what kind of modeling you wish to do. Then use the images of that kind of modeling that you have done and really like to promote yourself. Because photography is a very subjective medium I wouldn't necessarily put a lot of weight on what others think. Follow your instincts and throw out some ideas to see if they float. That is kind of what we all do as artists. We create art for our own satisfaction and then if it pleases others as well that is a bonus.
