Here goes. I don't like telling people you should have done it this way or that way. So I'd rather comment on what I would change if I was taking the photograph. I don't see the cords from the vest adding to the overall image. I would have removed or hidden them. And I would have turned your head a little to the right to get more of your nose. The dark line behind your nose looks a little strange. And for the shadow on your breast, I would have tried to get one without a shadow to see which I liked best.

Overall - very good composition. Is this what you wanted?
